The Popular Show Season Four Introduces the Warriors Party

Ever since the premiere of Campaign 4, new Dungeon Master Brennan Lee Mulligan has maintained audience suspense with extensive world-building, a colorful mix of heroes, and a exciting storyline featuring angels, evil spirits, and sinister influences expanding in power within Dol-Makjar.

Warning: Revealing details for the third episode of the new season follow below.

The Soldiers Table Unveiled

The third episode concluded with a major cliffhanger and presented the premier party of adventurers who will branch out from the primary party to begin their separate journey, apart from the additional parties.

This warrior group consists of Teor (brought to life by Travis), the agile character (the talented performer), Tyranny (Whitney Moore), Wicander Halovar (Sam Riegel), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie).

Why Split the Party?

Considering a large ensemble, it was clear from the outset that having everyone at the same party would be unworkable.

This explains, the opening chapters of the new season serve as an Overture, intertwining the characters’ stories before splitting into three smaller tables: Warriors, Strategists, and Explorers.

Characteristics of the Soldiers Table

As described by the DM, the combat-focused party is for players who prefer a traditionally charged battle-oriented gameplay experience where peaceful solutions are few and far between.

Upon first impression, characters like the squeamish cleric Wicander might appear out of place, but the actions of the latest installment demonstrate why these five characters are perfectly fit for the combat party.

Reasons to Leave

For one thing, the party has a clear idea where to go next after a intense first encounter with the antagonists.

A former ally of Thjazi—whose demise kicked off the narrative’s action—used the enemy for his personal gain, breaking into the secret base, striking the rogue, and swiping all the enchanted items to sell off.

Casimir then paid off his debts and fled to a secure base in the remote area, above Dol-Makjar, with Cyd Pridesire close behind.

Individual Reasons

Additionally, each adventurer has a specific drive to exit Dol-Makjar:

  • The agile hero, as the companion and trusted friend, seeks revenge.
  • Kattigan has experience in the northern area and cautions that it is a nasty environment.
  • Tyranny and Wicander, having defied his relatives’ demands to execute the fighter and instead saved him, have no safe haven.
  • However, their reputation as prominent individuals in the powerful family could assist the group reach locations they normally couldn’t.
  • Moreover, Teor vowed a eternal obligation to The savior for his rescue and will now follow him anywhere.

Wanted and Hunted

Finally, all of them are hunted by the powers that govern the city for a range of causes, making staying in the city no longer safe:

  • Thimble and The character are notorious outlaws.
  • Tyranny and The cleric betrayed House Halovar and the army of fiends they are aligned with.
  • The fighter is marked for death by House Halovar.

This means them few options but to head to the remote area in search of the traitor.

Future Episodes

According to the latest episode’s Cooldown, we find out that the warrior group will be absent the following episode, leaving the remaining eight cast members to round up the Questers and Schemers parties.

Audiences can anticipate finding out which players will be in which group in the story’s concluding setup installment, released on the upcoming Thursday.
